Yes. Add Stylchat to any WordPress site with the one-line embed code from your dashboard. The plugin itself needs WooCommerce, and adds catalog sync, add to cart and order tracking on top.
Catalog sync needs a Managed widget on the Starter plan (5,000 products) or Pro plan (10,000 products), including the free trial. The chat widget itself works on any plan.
No. Sync jobs run in the background with Action Scheduler in batches of 50 items, so browsing and checkout are not affected.
Yes. The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and custom order tables (WooCommerce 8.0+).
The prices stored in WooCommerce, before any tax display setting is applied. If your store shows prices with tax, the assistant quotes the stored (ex-tax) price.
By default, yes. The widget loads only after marketing consent is given through the WP Consent API or CookieYes. You can turn the gate off in the plugin settings.
Shoppers must enter the order number and the billing email, and lookups are rate limited. Chats are stored by Stylchat, not on your site, and deleted after 6 months.
