Desk Pack
$5 / month per widget and block of 5 people
Hosted live inbox, team agents, typing indicators, optional visitor-consented draft preview, canned replies, agent transfer and alerts. First block: owner + 4 agents; each extra $5 block adds 5 agents.
Live handoff and queue data: 24 hours. Consent choices and notice text: up to 180 days; draft text is never saved.
Data Pack

Hosted lead vault, CSV export, conversation history, transcripts, feedback and analytics. Independent of the Desk Pack.
Conversations, feedback and analytics: rolling 180 days. Leads remain until the owner deletes them.

Permanent BYOI widget capacity. Requires the $50 one-time BYOI Pro licence. Each widget has its own configuration and workflow.

A template purchase does not include hosted Desk or Data subscriptions.
Desk and Data packs have no free trial and are billed monthly from purchase. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period. Pack charges are non-refundable subject to applicable law. After a pack ends, hosted data has a 30-day inactive preservation window, then is deleted. One pack does not require the other. Buy packs from your widget’s Add-on Packs tab after reviewing its storage disclosure.
Managed Starter and Pro include typing indicators and optional live draft preview. Preview starts off and requires each visitor’s permission before unsent text is shared. BYOI draft preview requires the Desk Pack; the one-time Pro licence alone does not include hosted live support.
