See the activity now

Review online and active visitor counts for the selected widget. The view refreshes every 30 seconds.

Understand the device mix

See device and browser information alongside current visitor status and last activity.

Get a sense of location

Use city or country estimates on the map as broad context, not precise location information.

Live presence

A clear view of what is happening now.

See online and active visitor counts for the selected widget, with current status and last activity in the visitor table. The view refreshes every 30 seconds, giving your team an operational picture of current website activity without turning the page into a historical browsing report.

  • Review current online and active visitors
  • See status and last activity
  • Work within the selected widget’s scope
01 / Live presence
Visitor Radar combines live counts with a visitor table.
Approximate location

Get geographic context at a glance.

The map uses city or country estimates to show a broad picture of where activity is coming from. Use that view as context for the moment: a useful sense of geographic distribution rather than a precise address or proof of a visitor’s identity.

  • Explore city or country location estimates
  • See broad geographic distribution
  • Keep the map’s approximate nature clear
02 / Approximate location
Map locations are approximate, not precise personal locations.
Devices & browsers

Understand the way visitors are arriving.

Review device and browser information alongside the live visitor view. Use the device split to understand the current mix of website activity and the environments in which customers may be seeing your widget. Bring that context into product and support conversations when it is useful.

  • See the current device mix
  • Review available browser details
  • Read device information alongside live status
03 / Devices & browsers
The device split adds context to current visitor presence.
Consent & control

Useful visibility, with deliberate boundaries.

Visitors appear after analytics consent, and access requires Managed Pro plus the workspace Analytics permission. Radar is a live view: it does not save visitor history. A session goes offline when the page closes or after 20 minutes idle, keeping the picture focused on current activity.

  • Analytics consent before a visitor appears
  • Workspace permission controls access
  • Live presence without stored browsing history
04 / Consent & control
Consent settings support the choice to enable analytics.

How do I get started?

Create a Stylchat account, choose the appropriate Managed plan and open Visitor Radar in your workspace. Use the setup guide to configure the parts you need, then try the customer journey before sharing it more widely.

Are the visitors shown in Radar identified customers?

The live view shows consented anonymous presence. A visitor identifier helps distinguish activity in the view, but does not establish a person’s identity. City and country locations are estimates rather than precise personal locations.

Does Radar store visitor history?

Radar shows live presence and does not save visitor history. The view refreshes every 30 seconds. Visitors go offline when the page closes or after 20 minutes idle. Access requires Managed Pro and the workspace Analytics permission.
