1. Why Stylchat Exists
Automation engines like n8n and modern generative AI models are exceptionally capable at routing messages, querying databases, and answering complex customer questions. However, they lack a customer-facing chat interface that looks authentically on-brand, allows human teammates to seamlessly intervene when it counts, and converts discussions into orders, support tickets, and CRM leads.
Stylchat closes that gap: customizable widgets with live human takeover, store integrations (WooCommerce, Shopify, and Wix), and instant setup. You design the widget visually, connect your knowledge base or webhook, and paste one lightweight script tag.
2. Operating Models: BYOI & Managed
We engineered Stylchat with architectural flexibility to support different privacy, compliance, and infrastructure requirements:
- Bring Your Own Infrastructure (BYOI): A non-recurring, one-time license that connects client browsers directly to your self-hosted webhooks (n8n, Make, Flowise, or custom HTTP endpoints). Base BYOI stores zero conversation transcripts, contact records, or media files on our infrastructure.
- Stylchat Managed Infrastructure: A turnkey, hosted platform in California, United States (Railway US West) providing autonomous conversational AI, a vector knowledge base grounded in your business documents, a unified team Service Desk, and direct ecommerce catalog synchronization.
3. Strict No-AI-Training Guarantee
We adhere to a strict standard of customer data ownership. Stylchat (Trailops LLC) never uses your business documents, customer chats, or knowledge base materials to train, retrain, or improve our own or third-party foundational AI models. All data is strictly tenant-isolated, encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256-GCM, and subject to automated rolling data retention schedules.
4. Corporate Entity & Governance
Stylchat is owned and operated by Trailops LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). All commercial purchases, Stripe payment processing, and contractual obligations are administered through Trailops LLC as the merchant of record.
