When a question needs a person, your team takes over in the same chat, and tickets and contacts are captured as you go. Run it on our managed AI, or connect your own n8n (BYOI).

Not on Managed plans. AI replies are included: 50 a month on Free, 2,000 on Starter and 4,000 on Pro. On BYOI, the widget talks to your own n8n workflow, so you use whatever AI your workflow calls.

Yes. One line of code adds the widget to any site — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, or your own app. WooCommerce and Wix stores also get dedicated integrations that sync the product catalog, answer product questions, and assist shoppers. A Shopify integration is coming soon.

When a visitor asks for a person, your team is alerted and joins the same conversation from the dashboard or the Stylchat Live mobile app, with file attachments, voice notes and canned replies.

Managed is our turnkey platform: we host the AI, knowledge base, support tickets and contacts with zero setup. BYOI (Bring Your Own Infrastructure) connects the widget to your self-hosted or cloud n8n workflows for a one-time $50 lifetime license.

Colors, avatars, corner radius, fonts, starter prompts, greeting, placement and light or dark mode are all in the visual editor with a live preview. Past that, the advanced panel takes custom CSS, and full RTL mirrors the whole widget for Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi and Urdu.

BYOI messages travel from the visitor's browser straight to your n8n endpoint, so your conversations and API keys stay in your stack. Optional platform features you turn on, such as live agent handoff or conversation logging, store those sessions on Stylchat so you can view them in your dashboard.
