The Inbox Settings tab manages Quick Responses for rapid agent replies.

Saved Replies & Shortcut Insertion

The Inbox Settings tab holds Quick Responses: a shortcut (for example /greeting), a title and a snippet body. Agents type the shortcut in a chat to insert the text. Quick responses are part of the Desk Pack; without it the tab links to Add-on Packs.
