Catalog Recommendations & Rules

In Integrations › E-commerce, below your store connections:

Configuration & Options

• Product rules: search your catalog, then Promote or Hide products, and switch cross-selling on or off.
• Product finder: a button (for example “Find your perfect fit”) that asks a few questions and then shows matching products. Each question needs at least two answers.
• Discount in chat: let the AI offer a shared code, or a one-time code per shopper (WooCommerce and Wix), with an optional label and minimum cart total.
