Open Org Settings › Channels (Channel Marketplace & Management Hub). Available cards include WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct; each shows its connection state and a connect button. Connected channels appear as filters on the left of the Inbox next to All and LiveChat. Twilio SMS & Voice is marked coming soon.
