Configuration & Options

• Widget Language: Auto-detect browser language or enforce English, Arabic (RTL), Hebrew (RTL), Persian (RTL), or Urdu (RTL).
• Pre-Chat Identification: Require visitors to enter their Name, Email, or Phone number before initiating a conversation.
• Consent Screen Gating: Display a mandatory privacy policy agreement checkbox before the visitor can send their first message.
