AI actions in the AI Agent settings.

External System Action Triggers

In Org Settings › AI Agent, scroll to AI actions and choose Add action (up to 5). Each action has:

Configuration & Options

• a name in lowercase letters, numbers and underscores, such as check_availability
• When should the AI use it?, a plain-language instruction
• an endpoint URL that Stylchat calls
• the inputs the AI should collect from the visitor, each with a description

Usage & Guidelines

Stylchat sends a POST with JSON containing the action, its arguments, the widget id and the conversation id, signed with an X-Stylchat-Signature: sha256=… header (HMAC-SHA256 of the body using the widget signing secret; use Show signing secret). Reply with plain text or JSON within 10 seconds and the AI turns it into an answer. Products and orders from WooCommerce are already handled by the E-commerce integration.
